Vanessa provides fertility and gynaecological consulting and surgical services ranging from minimally invasive (keyhole) laparoscopic to advanced hysteroscopic procedures. She firmly believes that understanding and choice are paramount to helping address patient concerns.

Vanessa completed her initial degree at Wollongong University in Medical science, attaining honour recognition and was awarded entry into the Golden Key Honour society. Her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgical degree was completed through the Australian National University and she completed her fellowship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology through the Hunter New England Network before returning home to Wollongong. Completing training locally has enable her to forge strong local relationships with allied health services allowing her to create an individualised and holistic approach to care.

After attaining specialist fellowship, Vanessa completed a further year of training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital as a fellow in the RPA fertility unit. She is a credited colposcopist and offers consultation to surgical management.

Vanessa is a Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) at Wollongong Day Surgery and Wollongong Private Hospital. She also has an appointment as a Staff Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital. Her role as a training supervisor and mentor for junior doctors challenges her to practice the most up-to-date evidence-based care. When recommended, she chooses to take her fertility patients through Genea Fertility Clinic whose world class scientific approach has some of the most successful fertility outcomes in Australia.

Vanessa's local connections in the Illawarra region, built over many years of professional care and training, ensures her patients receive highly personalised, holistic, care that considers their best options at all times.
